At Brunel Cosmetiques, we believe in enhancing each client's natural beauty. We take the time to get to know you and make you feel like part of our family. As makeup artists, our goal is not just to apply makeup, but to bring out your inner glow. We strive to create unique experiences for you that you'll want to share with us.
OUR POLICIES
BOOKING FEE: There is a $20 booking fee that is due to book your appointment. This booking fee will go towards the final balance of your booking. We reserve the right to not refund a deposit under any circumstances. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
LATE ARRIVALS: We provide a 10 minute grace period; however, if you are more than 10 mins late the appointment will be automatically canceled or assessed a $20 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
NO SHOW: A client is charged a $20 no show fee if they do not show up to their appointment with no communication. We will attempt to contact you before charging this fee; however, after we have tried to make contact and we do not hear from you within 10 mins of your appointment we will charge the no show fee.
RESCHEDULE: You are able to reschedule 48 hours before your appointment for free and your booking fee will be credited towards your new appointment; however, if you reschedule less than 48 hours of your appointment there will be a fee of $20 added to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your appointment at any time; however, we do not refund your booking fee due to client cancellations. If we are unable to accommodate your booking we will refund your booking fee.
GROUP TRAVEL FEES: The travel fee is based on the location with a minimum $120 fee depending on location. We do not travel to individual bookings this is only for parties of 3 or more.
EARLY MORNINGS/LATE NIGHT BOOKINGS: All Early/Late Bookings are before and after business hours and they are a minimum flat rate of $180 and we will review each request to make sure that we have the availability to complete your glam. Please fill out the form provided in the menu section to submit your request.
SQUEEZE-INS: All Squeeze-ins are a flat rate of $150 and we will review each request to make sure that I have the availability to complete your glam. Please fill out the form provided in the menu section to submit your request.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: Holiday bookings are considered an off date; however, if you are requesting a Holiday Glam then we will charge a flat fee of $150. Please review the menu section to book your appointment.
SUNDAY BOOKINGS: Sundays are considered an off day; however, we do accept limited appointments on Sundays for a flat fee of $150. Please review the menu section to book your appointment.
MAKEUP PREP: Please arrive at your appointment with a freshly washed face, have your eyebrows groomed, and clear up any residue of makeup. If we have to clean your face beforehand we will add an additional charge of $10 to the appointment as this will slow down our work.

BRIDAL CONSULATION
In this glam session, the bride and I will be discussing her ideal look for her special day. Any look of your choice and any specific details you will want on your makeup. We will also be doing test trials to find your perfect look. We will also discuss the look for the bridal party and go over any additional details that you may want me to know.
